What do you currently do in your company?

What was the inspiration behind your business?

My philosophy is to always stick with it and try to do better with each client. During the initial consultation, I listen carefully and attentively to the needs of the potential client. First and foremost, success comes from not giving up and taking on challenges every day. I ask questions that help the client evaluate what I’m doing, such as whether the client is happy with the results we give them, whether they think we’ve listened to them, and finally, what we’ve expected and achieved. What is the most valuable lesson you have learned through your career?

You have to enjoy what you are doing.
What are some of your favorite things outside of work?
I try to prioritize a healthy work-life balance, which is sometimes difficult to achieve. When I have free time, I like to work. My favorite way to stay in shape is to play tennis. I’ve been to several tennis leagues around Atlanta. And, of course, I really enjoy spending time with family and friends.
How would your colleagues describe you?
My colleagues will see me as a ‘glass-half-full’ positive person. I may be saved at times, but I am hardworking, ambitious, and considerate of those I encounter. I really enjoy learning new things.
How do you balance a difficult work-life?
Again, this can be a challenge, but I try to exercise a lot on the weekends, spend time with family and friends, and read a lot to enjoy. I like to watch television sometimes, especially comedy. One of my most important goals is to have fun and relax on the weekends.
Is there a piece of technology that helps you the most in your daily routine?
My cell phone is something that I consider ‘office in the palm of my hand’ because I can access anything from it at any time. It’s important to communicate with clients who may need me, and to check files remotely. My cell phone has everything I need to run a business within easy reach and I can access it 24/7.
What is the hardest obstacle you have overcome?
I see them as a challenge in the face of obstacles. When I define a situation as a challenge, I look forward to evaluating it, coming up with a plan of action, and resolving it. It becomes a learning opportunity if you look at them as a challenge rather than a hindrance.
Who has been a role model for you and why?
The My dad is the one who has inspired me the most. He was probably one of the brightest people I knew and he was very disciplined. He worked very hard and built his own construction business. I wish to be like her.
What is one piece of advice that you have never forgotten?
